Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we're here to make it right. Please read the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Our Return Policy

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. All sales are considered final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective or does not function as intended
  • You received the wrong item

To start a return, email us at support@proudlibertarian.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include photos of the damage or defect. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

Once you receive your RMA, ship the item back to the address provided and email us the RMA number along with your tracking number so we can monitor the return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee may apply in the following situations:

  • The return is sent without a valid RMA
  • Parts or accessories originally included with the order are missing
  • The item is returned in good condition but requires repackaging and labor

In these cases, the fee will be the higher of 30% of the original purchase price or the retail value of any missing parts.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Sale items (all sale items are final sale)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't seen your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take a few business days
  3. Contact your bank directly

If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at support@proudlibertarian.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your order qualifies, email us at support@proudlibertarian.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll provide instructions. Exchanges are not accepted beyond the 14-day window.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
