After seeing aluminum cans headed for the trash, we decided to give them new life by turning them into long-lasting beeswax candles. Each can is cleaned, filled with 100% pure beeswax, and finished with a cotton wick, creating a unique gift that celebrates local brewing culture while making use of recycled materials. Every candle carries the natural scent and golden glow of beeswax and enough wax to burn for up to 100 hours.

The Upcycled Beeswax Candle is part sustainability project, part celebration of beeswax, and part tribute to local brewing. Each candle begins with a recycled 12 oz aluminum can—often from local breweries or soda brands—that is carefully opened, cleaned, and filled with 100% pure beeswax.

Because the cans retain their original artwork, each candle is one-of-a-kind and doubles as a decorative piece. With a burn time of around 100 hours, these candles offer both longevity and a natural honey-like fragrance.

Customers can choose from a wide selection of brewery and soda cans, request a specific brand during checkout, or browse the in-store display for the current selection. For those who want something more personal, we also offer a custom 6-pack option. Simply purchase the custom pour and send in your own traditional 12 oz cans—we’ll provide the shipping label and turn them into candles.
